Southern Exposure is pleased to participate in the 2017 San Francisco Art Book Fair, a multi-day festival of artists' publications. The event will be held at Minnesota Street Project and is free and open to the public!

This year we partner with Wolfman Books in downtown Oakland to showcase their newly released publication The Black Aesthetic: Season 1. Wolfman Books is a 2016 recipient of Southern Exposure’s Alternative Exposure grant, now in its second decade of supporting artist-led visual art projects in the Bay Area. Proceeds from the sale of The Black Aesthetic will directly support the bookstore’s community programs and the Black Aesthetic authors and artists.

We’re also very excited to present a selection of rare limited edition artworks by Chris Johanson, Jenifer Wofford, Todd Hido, and several other acclaimed Bay Area artists who have been part of Southern Exposure over the years, as well as our project-based publications, Southern Exposure t-shirts, and more.
