After weeks of collecting information about modern day Americanitis, artist Alison Pebworth and collaborator Jerome Waag will debut the San Francisco issue of an Americanitis Elixir. Leading up to the event they will work with beekeeper and mead-maker Bryon Waibel and home distiller Adam Wolf to distill the vital spirits from collected native ingredients. For the event Jerome will use backyard fruits or herbs to craft a flavorful Elixir specific to this one night social.
