Future Twin Vacancy Roam identifies vacant properties in San Francisco and visually documents them. The artists will create a zine containing vacancy education like how to combat vacancy and land hoarding, vacancy tax and expropriation methods. The zine will contain text, photos and illustration. The artists will create a digital version of this zine with additional info to policy links, recommended readings and research. Digital version will contain video documentation. The artists will perform near the vacant building and distribute the zine for free. Inspired by Moms 4 Housing, Unhoused People, Street Performers, Generator Shows, Berlin Expropriation, Vancouver and Paris’s Vacancy Tax.
