Ledia Carroll practices as both a landscape designer and an installation artist. Much of her work deals with topography, the measure of level, and how it is superimposed on the landscape via human built environments. She has recently exhibited several topographic works included in shows at the Center for Contemporary Art in Santa Fe and at the Dallas Center for Contemporary Art. Earlier this year Carroll led a workshop at Zeum in San Francisco which focused on aerial photography and topographic maps. She has a BA from Wellesley College and an MFA in Design from University of Texas at Austin.
