Christian Maychack earned his BFA from Ohio University and his MFA from San Francisco State University. In 2002 he received a year long, post-MFA residency at the Headlands Center for the Arts, Sausalito, CA.  His exhibitions include solo shows at Lucky Tackle Gallery, Oakland, CA, and Gregory Lind Gallery, San Francisco, CA.  He has been included in group shows at Ze de Bois Gallery, Lisbon, Portugal and Jeff Bailey Gallery, New York, NY, where he will have a solo show in 2006.  Maychack also has an upcoming residency and solo show at the Sirius Art Center, Cobh, Ireland, and will be included in Bay Area Now 4 at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
