The goal of the On Site Education Program (OSEP) is to utilize Southern Exposure’s gallery to house workshops and projects created out of a unique collaboration between arts educators, gallery artists, and local youth. Southern Exposure exhibiting artists develop projects geared toward engaging youth between the ages of 14-21, as well as the general public, based on their work in Southern Exposure’s gallery. OSEP allows youth from a range of backgrounds to come together with professional artists to investigate current issues, learn contemporary art practices and produce an exhibition or project for the public.
