Join Southern Exposure, youth from the Columbia Park Boys & Girls Club, and Loco Bloco for the Grand Parade at Carnaval San Francisco. Drawing inspiration from Loco Bloco’s theme, El Corazon de la Misión, and the life work of Carlos Aceituno, founder of the popular Fogo Na Roupa Grupo Carnaval, students operate a large scale Phoenix that they constructed over the course of the past five months to signify the secular quality of community.
