Lead artist Suzy Poling and artist assistant Theo Rigby with youth from the Columbia Park Boys & Girls Club explore the stories and experiences of the Mission District neighborhood with a series of interviews with local residents and business owners. Workshops blend personal investigations, topographic studies and collections of local myth and perspectives into an experimental atmosphere. Using photography, sound, creative writing, spoken word and video, youth will make a multi-disciplinary installation of their documentations and fictional interpretations at the Club and Southern Exposure.
